  • All bookings are non-refundable, any refunds given will be at the sole discretion of Foodies on Tour. 

  • Opting to pay by invoice will still confirm your booking and therefore cannot be cancelled or refunded. All invoices will need to be paid within 30 days of the date indicated on the invoice.

  • Foodies on Tour reserves the right to cancel any booking without notice. A full refund will be paid within a 30 day period, from point of cancellation.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing to Foodies on Tour and such notice will become effective from the date of receipt by Foodies on Tour and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

  • Foodies on Tour reserve the right to charge cancellation fees as follows should refunds be considered/available:

  • Up to 60 days prior to departure date: 50% payable

  • 59 days or less prior to departure date: 100% payable


  • We strongly advise to purchase travel insurance to avoid any/all losses in booking or cancellation fees. This will be the sole responsibility of our customers.





Foodies on tour are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to other companies, except to the provider of your selected course or for foodie related events that we run in conjunction with our sister company McCullough Moore Ltd - that may be relevant. We will keep you up to date via email about services or special offers which we think you may find valuable.



We do not arrange visa entry to any country, however we will be glad to assist you with any travel information so that you can book visas directly. It will be the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they find out if a visa is required for entry and to obtain a valid visa prior to their departure date.



Foodies on Tour will take no financial responsibility for the following:


  • Room upgrades

  • Food or drink consumed outside of prescribed tour package

  • Room service charges or consumption

  • Travel Insurance, theft, loss or anything else pertaining to personal effects

  • Flight cancellations from carrier (Foodies on Tour reserve the right to carry forward flight carrier terms)

  • Health insurance, medical bills, allergy reactions, loss of limb and life

    • Allergies should be communicated on site at each food establishment directly prior to consumption

  • Additional spending money​ for private purchases and investments

  • Transfers to and from any UK airport prior to departure and on arrival back to the UK

  • Foodies on Tour cannot be held responsible for alterations to flight times or itineraries, which are subject to change at any time

  • Any changes to the advertised programme will be exchanged for another supplier without notice, or swapped for an alternative tour item as quickly as possible and with as minimal disruption as possible. No refunds will be given should this occur.
